Payment Terms & Conditions
Third Party Bookings can be done online and have to be paid directly when confirming the rooms.
If you cancel the rooms prior to the free cancellation deadline, we will refund the money to you.
If you only make your room booking after the specified date for free cancellation, your booking is automatically binding and free cancellation is excluded.
INTERPLAN endeavors to sell all rooms/nights returned after the specified dates for free cancellation elsewhere in order to keep the costs for the participants as low as possible.
In the event of a successful resale, any deposits minus a processing fee of € 35.00 net will be refunded after the event, or the credit card will be charged with this processing fee.
Any additional costs (parking, mini-bar, restaurant) must be paid directly at the hotel unless otherwise mentioned.

Group bookings (10 and more sleeping rooms per party)
Cancellation
Free cancellation is available according to the following schedule:
- 50% of the booked room allotment per day until 2nd February 2023
- 20% of the booked room allotment per day until 24th March 2023
- 10% of the booked room allotment per day until 30th June 2023
- Additional cancellations and/or non-arrivals will be charged with the full amount. INTERPLAN tries its utmost to re-sale any late cancelled room to keep the costs for the participants as low as possible. In case of a successful re-sale INTERPLAN will refund any overpaid amount deducted by an administration fee of € 35 net per re-sold room night. This fee is subject to statutory VAT according to German and EU regulation.
Payment
Full pre-payment is required. Payments shall be carried out by bank transfer according to the following schedule:
- Upon contract signature, but not before 30th November 2023
- Outstanding amount until 2nd February 2023
